I just did “Cell -> Run All” in that Lab notebook and I don’t see any problems. Are you running this on the Coursera website or on your local computer or someplace else? Note that it doesn’t necessarily “just work” if you download it and run it in a different environment.

On my local computer.. what other lib package do I need

Running the assignments on your local computer is quite a challenge. You need all of the assignment files, and you need to install exactly the same versions of all of the tools that Coursera provided when the course was first created.

Yes, as Tom says, those are deep waters. There are no official instructions because there are too many choices: how many different versions of Windows, MacOS, Linux are there at this point?

Here’s a thread with some guidance to get started down that path. But it’s way easier just to run it on the course website.
