Course Progress Stuck at 97% After Joining Forum

The course process has stopped at 95%

I have completed the beginner’s course, but it shows 95%, even though I have already finished all the classes. Does anyone know why it doesn’t move to 100%? Also, there are 2 parts where it asked me to share my project, in part 3 and part 4, some kind of form, and I already submitted both. In stage 4, it also asked me to install Python (optional), and I did, but it still shows a lock. I’m attaching the image.
