Total Course Progress stays at 98% although all required modules/videos/quizzes/assignments etc. are marked as done

Hi all,

I have finished all required modules. All videos/code assignment etc. are marked as completed (they all show the green check mark).

But the total progress is stuck at 98% (while the certificate is available).

The only exception is the optional lesson Install Python on your computer (Optional): in that lesson, I don’t see a button to mark it as completed but as it is optional I also assume that there is no need to mark it as completed.

I also cleared my cache, that doesn’t help either.

I’m using Chrome.

Any ideas what the reason for this can be?

I’m having the same issue and I can’t find what it feels is missing. The option section has no visible completion button.

Update: Today, the progress has suddenly changed to 100% (without me doing anything).

Despite having 100%, the course was initially still shown as “In-Progress“ on the My Learning page ( DeepLearning.AI - Learning Platform ), but now it is correctly shown in the “Completed” section.

In my case, it is “solved”, please see my last comment here. It took about 48h but now it’s finally shown as completed.

Maybe there’s just a delay in syncing/fetching the data from the database or similar.

The status updated to 100% for me too, my ocd is at peace for now. :wink:
