In the assignment exercise8

the expected output is:

Original learning rate:  0.5
Updated learning rate after 10 epochs:  0.5
Updated learning rate after 100 epochs:  0.3846153846153846

I wrote the learning decacy code followed the instruction:

learning_rate = ... / (... (...*(abs(...))))

and my learning rate after 10 epochs didn’t match the output, while Original learning rate and after 100 epochs are matched.

The learning rate shall decrease with iteration, therefore the learning rate after 10 epochs shall not be the same as the original, right?

is the floor of epoch_num/time_interval, not its absolute value.
