are the two positions of “y=1"and “y=0” correct in the graph?
I think y=0 should be in the “circle”,and y=1 is out of the"circle”.

Interesting. I finally find that I might have misunderstood this graph for a long time.

@Di_Zhang , would you mind to further elaborate for why it is \hat{y}=0 inside the ellipse?

I do not think the slide contains enough information to know where the 1’s and 0’s should be. It depends on the labels for the training set, which would lead to the signs of the weight values being learned as positive or negative values.

Maybe consider the notations on the slide to be one possible solution, as an example.
