Difficulty to understand learning rate notation "e"

Dear Team,

I am finding it difficult to understand the notation of “e” being used in learning rate.
For example, in learning_rate=8e-6, what does “8e-6” mean?

For my case, 10 to power -6 seems like a good value (show in image below), now how do I rewrite “8e-6” to some accurate value based on my graph below

Hi @Priyanshu_Srivastava,
in this case the number is shown in exponential notation. So 8e-6 means:
8 * 10 ** -6 = 0.000008
