Please note these assignments require you to keep the files name as given, modifying or renaming them can cause the html error.
When I had encountered something like this, I had re-done the assignment from scratch, per se deleting all the data and redownloading it, locating it in the right folder for the browser to be able to locate.
By anyway, I am tagging @Jamal022 who would guide you further.

It seems that there is an error in C2_W2_Assignment.js at line 136. If you are unable to resolve the issue.
