Error in Week 2: Generative AI when trying generative AI code in Jupyter

I get the following error when trying to run the AI code in Week 2.

APIConnectionError: Error communicating with OpenAI: HTTPConnectionPool(host='jupyter-api-proxy.stg.internal.dlai', port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: /rev-proxy/gen_ai_for_everyone/chat/completions (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7fed54a46520>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known'))
