Error with grading my Wk3 final assignment

All tests are passed and all outputs obtained from the algorithm are the same as the expected outputs. Therefore I have completed this assignment properly. However when I submit I am getting 0/100… The error I am receiving is
“Comment line with index: UNQ_C3 wasn’t found in code”

What’s the issue? The automatic grading system seems to not be able to grade the assignment.

The error message suggests that you deleted the text key that identifies one of the graded assignments.
