Evaluation on Time Series Data (and LSTM)

Hello everyone,
I really enjoyed this course, because it gives hands on evaluation techniques. However, these evaluation techniques are not really suitable for Time Series Data (and LSTM). Can you give me some insight which evaluation techniques fit for LSTM?

Time series are often handled by Recurrent Neural Networks, these are covered in the Sequence Models portion the Deep Learning Specialization (Course 5).
