On the section Guidelines, there’s a cell for “Ask for output in a specified format” where you ask:

Looks like the LLM is just behaving like a human staying in the context of the “summary” object and discarding the “italian” attribute.
Also the name are not changed in the translation, Jack/Jaques/Giacomo and Jill/Julienne/Giuliana, this is congruent with the idea the LLM tries when possibile to skip on the most complex task
