We are here to help, but there is a lot of math and notation on that slide. It’s not really fair to just give us that and ask us to explain. Where do I start? Do you know what a function is? Have you taken enough analytic geometry to understand the meaning of the graph there? Do you know what \mathbb{R} means?
Please give us some more specific questions about what you are having trouble with there.
Also note that one of the (perhaps few) ways that online learning is actually better than in person learning is that you can hit “pause” and “rewind” anytime something goes by that you didn’t understand on the first time through. It’s easy to just back up and watch it again. I find that especially with all the distractions of modern life, that technique is very useful.

Try to watch the videos again from the beginning, I don’t think we can do a better job than Andrew Ng in explaining these terms and materials, lets be honest.
