Failed to train on my desktop

I have installed tensorflow(GPU) in my desktop, and i try to run cw4 but i get a erro massage:

. The code works fine in collab, can someone tell me what happen?

GPU:3060 12G
system: win 11 + conda
tf GPU check : pass
