Please provide necessary information about course you are doing, it is a paid or financial aid subscription. Also did you try clearing your browser and cache history, and try log out and re-login, and then try to open the course.
When I had a similar issue, I had raised a query at the Coursera learner helper senter which they responded promptly and told to the above steps I have mentioned which helped resolve my issue.
