Part 1 of the assignment is ungraded. I’m not sure whether they have fixed the issues there, but it may work now. In any case, Part 1 is ungraded.
For Part 2, you need to open the assignment_part_2 folder. There is an instructions file inside that folder, and you need to follow those instructions to complete Part 2.
I actually just completed Part 2 myself on DeepLearning.AI by following the instructions provided in the learning platform, and my submission passed with 100%.
So please make sure you are following the instructions inside the assignment_part_2 folder. Otherwise, I’m not really sure what approach you are using to complete the assignment.
