I encountered this error while attempting to submit my week 4 final programming assignment. I have passed all test cases in the lab, but when I submit the lab, I get 0/100 and “Grader Error: Grader feedback not found.”. I’ve refreshed the lab workspace and resubmitted too, but the problem still remains the same. I’ve followed all the submission instructions mentioned in the lab. Please help me

It’s a known problem. Coursera is working on it. We don’t know when it will be fixed.
A few students reported today that the issue has been resolved for them. Try submitting your assignment again and see. If you face this issue, the best is to wait for the staff to solve it.
