Grader error: grading feedback not found

I cannot get my week 4 assignment for Question Duplicates processed because I keep getting the above error. I have ensured there no global variable definitions and the notebook is otherwise processing fine but is not processed without error when being graded.

I have tried more than once to copy my old notebook and re-submit but the error remains (see attached screenshots). This is about the 4th re-post of the issue and so far I have been asked to reset my browser, try a different browser, try a different network but none of these have helped at all :frowning:

Many other users are facing the same issue (see screenshots attached) and I am starting to get tired of reposting my issue without reecaiving any real help and resolution to this problem :frowning: :woozy_face:
