Hello from Turku, Finland! Alexander here!

I am a student specializing in Public International Law with CS as minor, with a growing focus on AI and internet governance, emerging technologies, and global security. Alongside my PIL studies, I have pursued advanced technical training, completing Stanford & DeepLearning.AI’s Machine Learning Specialization with a 99% median score, and Azure AI fundamentals certificate from Microsoft.

My background combines governance, leadership, and technical competence. I serve in municipal politics, participate in youth decision-making bodies, and chair cultural and civic organizations. I also completed NCO training as an Undersergeant, gaining experience in leadership under pressure, operational planning, and responsibility for others.

Across all roles, I focus on how technology, law, and society intersect — and how future global frameworks must adapt to AI-driven transformation and Internet expansion. I am particularly interested in the legal, ethical, and geopolitical implications of machine learning and emerging digital systems in international governance.

I am committed to building a career at the intersection of international law, AI policy, and strategic leadership, with long-term goals involving technology regulation, global governance, and international cooperation.

I am proficient in python, c, c++, c#, x86 assembly, NodeJS and AI frameworks (tensorflow, pytorch)
