Hi everyone,
I’m excited to join this community! My name is Elio, and I’m a translator currently transitioning into NLP. I’ll be starting a Master’s degree in September and am eager to learn more about the field.
I’m currently taking the course Machine Learning Specialization. I want to learn more about NLP tasks / Prompt Engineering.
Looking forward to engaging with you all!
Thank you in advance!
Welcome, Elio!
That’s an exciting transition—your background in translation will definitely be an asset in NLP. How are you finding the Machine Learning Specialization so far? Are there any specific NLP tasks or applications you’re most interested in exploring?
A great course, thoroughly explained, especially for beginners, like me. I’m learning a lot and excited to apply these knowledges to my own projects.
For me, prompt engineering seems like a great field to explore, especially with my linguistic background. I could use it to analyze and evaluate LLM performance, which is something I’m currently looking into. But I’m still learning the basics, so it will take some time, but it’s been a great journey so far!
