Currently enrolled into the Machine Learning Specialization Course, I’m stuck at 98%, the “End of Access to Lab Notebooks” page won’t load and shows a blank screen, or maybe its something else.
Would appreciate any advice that i could get with this.
Hi. Thank you for reporting. Can you send the link of the page you’re trying to open. Also, please send a screenshot of the unchecked item in the left sidebar. That should tell you which items arent completed yet.

By the way, can you clarify what you mean by the title? Are you blocked from proceeding to the next course because of this incomplete item? That shouldn’t be the case. Another related question, do you know how to navigate to the next course? Please let me know so I can create a separate report for that. Thanks.

Hi. Another follow up: Were you able to access the course certificate before reporting this? An incomplete reading item should not prevent you from getting that. If it was blocked and you passed all quizzes and assignments, please let me know so I can escalate to the team. Thanks.
In the screenshot, there is a “lock” icon next to Certificate, so I believe it was blocked, but it would be best confirmed by @JackCoach
