I am suspecting version issue with the assignment probably, let the L.T have a look at the metadata. Its the stopword not being found in nltk, causing the error.

Thank you for notifying. According to recent updates the issue seems more related to external link downloads and due to Coursera. This issue has been reported since a while and was working fine until yesterday and again has shoot up. Staff has been notified and they are working with Coursera on resolving this issue.
