in your chrome screenshot, it is stating to check your firewall settings, chances are your browser or system is set to block any third party website links and that’s why you are not able to download @Sophie668

Hmm.. are you able to use a VPN? Or connect to a different network if possible? If you’re using a work laptop, try using a personal device as well. I’m not sure about geo-restriction just for aws downloads.

I used VPN and occasionally it let me download the slides.
