We are an enterprise entity in Dubai building a green-field AI platform and are hiring a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience delivering production-ready AI systems.

This role is ideal for engineers who focus on reliability, safety, and real business impact, not demos.

What You Will Do

  • Design and build LLM-based systems (RAG, Agentic AI, multimodal AI)

  • Develop end-to-end AI pipelines, from data to inference

  • Implement hallucination control, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails

  • Integrate AI solutions into enterprise workflows

  • Ensure production readiness (logging, observability, cost control)

  • Collaborate with data, product, and business teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven hands-on experience with AI systems in production

  • Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, and AI agents

  • Experience operating AI systems at enterprise scale

  • Cloud-agnostic background (AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-prem)

  • Ability to clearly explain AI risks, trade-offs, and decisions
