How can I reset my DeepLearning.AI password?

Reset your password

Go to the DeepLearning.AI login page.

  1. Click Forgot password?

  2. Enter your email address associated with your account and click Submit.

  3. A reset password link will be sent to your email.

Please check your inbox — and don’t forget to look in your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see the email right away.

Open the reset email

You will receive an email with the subject “Reset your password”.

The email includes a Reset password button.

  1. Click the button in the email.

  2. You’ll be taken to the Reset Password page.

Create a new password

On the Reset Password page:

  • Enter your New Password.

  • Confirm your new password in the Confirm Password field.

  • Make sure to choose a password you haven’t used before.

Click Submit to save your new password.

Log in with your new password

Once your password has been successfully reset:

  • You’ll see a confirmation message.

  • Go back to the login page.

  • Sign in with your new password.

If your reset link has expired or is no longer valid, please return to the login page and request another password reset email.
