How to build images datasets

Please am experiencing issues with getting dataset for my project “River blindness or Onchocerciasis” I searched the internet but I couldn’t get it.

In OpenML I found it but I don’t really understand it because what am looking for is images but I saw some other representations.

While, In Kaggle nothing like River blindness datasets.

Please any assistance to get this done will be highly appreciated.

How can I build my own with images,
While searching for river blindness images on internet, can I use any river blindness random images or there’re specific things I have to consider?

What I actually need is a dataset for River blindness or Onchocerciasis but I didn’t see any through the internet perhaps it related to healthcare.

Now what are the other alternatives in getting the dataset?

If this is a university project ask your professor for dataset.
Possible companies that keep this kind of data is WHO, Health organization, Hospital or Health Insurance Companies. If you can narrow your search in this range it will be enough.

On OpenML, can you send the link here so I check the representation and give you conversion code. Usually, images are stored in reduced format in servers.
