How to do the assignment of K means lab?

Now I feel a little puzzled.
Do I just need to finish the tasks in Exercise 1 and Exercise 2 ？
As I do not have any backgroubd in Python programming, can I just copy the contents of hints into cells?

No you cannot just copy the hints into the cells, you need to have some knowledge of python to do this specialisation. Maybe you can take some python course before you attempt it, there are some good ones in Coursera.
