I think the slides are not provided for the Short Courses.

Why wouldn’t slides be allowed to be downloaded, for short courses?
Taking notes regardless of the course extent is always a “nice-to-have” feature.
Is there any specific thread where such requests are purposed and voted?

As Tom has correctly conveyed, downloadable slides are not provided for any of the short courses.
However, slides are available to download for DeepLearning.AI courses that are hosted on Coursera. And since AP4B is also hosted on Coursera, you can find the slides to download here.
