How to study TensorFlow?

I encounter a problem during my study in Andrew’s deep learning specialization:
I have no TensorFlow base for CNN’s development!
so, I browse corresponding courses of deeplearning.ai and discover three courses below:

  1. TensorFlow: Data and Deployment Specialization
  2. TensorFlow Developer Professional Certificate
  3. TensorFlow: Advanced Techniques Specialization
    Now, I have no idea about the order of these courses, I don’t have any foundation about TensorFlow, so which course should I register first?
