As a Product manager or Technical program manager who wants to slot and plan for AI projects, what are the set of additional considerations/ questions one need to ask in case of AI projects ? In AI pitfalls course, it was mentioned to consult with AI teams to define timelines, estimations and KPIs. But how as a manager I can add value and ensure the plan is customized to our company and scale of operations ? e.g. If you hire an outsource team to do AI projects how would you do planning for it and foresee risks ?
