Have you posted a query on the forum designed for Maths for machine learning specialization ? The community members there are happy to help through the Forum posting.
If you are not able to complete any lab task, have you try to revisit the lecture videos? Often, we only realize we have not fully understood the concepts taught until we start working on the lab. So revisiting those lecture videos would help to clarify our understanding and fill in any gaps that we might have missed. The lab assignments are there to consolidate our understanding. There is no penalty for missing the deadline, just take your time to work on the lab assignments.
