Unable to connect OData
Please support if anyone can guide for solution - what to do – further course without public tableau connection is difficult

It looks like the first Tableau lesson is in Module 2, the first part of Diabetes Practice Lab.
Assuming you already created your Tableau account, what you need to do next is create a copy of this visualisation - you can do so by clicking on the first top link, as my image below shows. Once you that, you should have access to the data needed to follow the first lessons.
Let us know if you follow these steps and still have issues.
You will see the tables on the left side after copying the vis:
