I accidently deleted my Week 4 Programming Assignment files in Jupyter Dashboard

Can somneone please assist me on this?

Find the “Lab Help” menu in the upper right corner of your browser. It looks like a question-mark inside a circle. There you can use the “Get Latest Version” tool.
Then exit the assignment page and re-enter it.
You can then start over on the assignment.

(Note: These instructions only work on the Coursera platform)
