While the input X is 2D array, which values were used for the graph ?
In this graph the horizontal axis corresponds to x0 and the vertical axis to x1, each X data has 2 values as you can see, corresponding to x0 and x1. You map those X points in the graph using x0 and x1 and if the corresponding label y is 1 then you make it a red cross otherwise if 0 a hollow blue circle.
