I need help - I can hear the videos in both French and English

I am a retired educator. I grew up in western Canada but now live in Ontario. My husband and I moved to Orangeville from Toronto five years ago. As a lifelong learner, I am interested in learning more about AI. I am English speaking but also speak French as a second language, so I thought this would be a great challenge.

However, I am hearing both English and French at the same time. One or the other would be fine. How can I turn off either English or French instruction?
