I unable to install tensorflow-datasets in my conda environment CO-3_W-1 Assignment

my google colab doesn’t provide TPU so i wanted to run in jupyter notebook but i have come difficulty to preprocess the data i mean prepare of data for training and validation because tfds is not install in my conda environment i tried many times but nothing happened can you give me alternative of code so i can run in my system

I recommend utilizing Colab for your work and patiently waiting until the cooldown period ends to regain access to a new GPU.

also please stick to Google Colab for these assignment. Also try using Gpu as instructed by other mentor.
