Normally they should be in File-> Open.

The notebooks are included in each week of the Short Course curriculum.
(except perhaps there is no notebook in the first lesson?)

In the short courses, usually your browser is split into two panes - the left one has the notebook and the right one has the video player.

Sometimes you have to clear your cache and reload the page in order for the notebooks to appear.
