Image from URL give error message

I am trying to run the code in the Jupyternotebook but it is not working. Please see a screenshot.

did you download all the files from File==>Open section?

Not sure if I understand this correctly. Are you saying that I have to download the images and save them locally. Then change the code and run the Notebook?

But this process is later on under the header “Using a local image”. My issue happens at “Image from a URL”

How should I proceed, please?

you need to download all the files from File==>Open section. Also make sure you are download into your local main drive, for the local jupyter notebook be able to mimic the path.

Usually all the metadata files needs to be in one folder.
