In Jupyter notebook of “Deep Neural Network - Application”, there is Figure 1 showing image of reshaped image vector. In my understanding, the order of RGB in the vector is “RGBRGB…RGB“. The figure looks like showing the order is “RRR…GGG…BBB…“. Is my understanding wrong?

Your understanding is correct. The default flatten operation on our channel-last RGB array should give us RGBRGBRGB…
