‘dlai_tools.testing_utils’
In order to understand the course better, I download it to my computer, translate it into my own language and prepare the course. But I am having a problem because this file does not exist. I resorted to chat to upload the file to Lab files. I was told that I should open a topic on the forum. How can I access this file?
is it deeplearning.ai problem or coursera problem?

You just need to do this:

pip install dlai_tools
