Instruction in Programming Assignment: Convolution Model Application

Just a quick advice.

Why organize the homework as Sequence API then Function API, when the instructions are way more detailed in Function API?
It took me quick some time to figure out how to write the layer functions and the details like if comma needs to be included.
And then discovered there are more instruction down there.
