Hello everyone,
My name is Sameh Hanna. I have a 12+ years of experience in the software developing, so a senior developer by now (though still junior in my current place 
), with 2 master degrees. I am interested in the field of ML/AI, but I am worried about switching to the field and restart again.
So my question: Is it worth it to switch to ML/AI? most probably I would need to find a new job chance. So, for all mentors out there: Is it an easy transform from normal web development to ML/AI? Is it worth it?
Any hints/tips that could help?

Since you are here it seems that you think it is. 
Nobody can predict the future but life is a continuous learning process, if lived rightly.

@gent.spah True, I am here because I think it is. But in general I think it is always good to learn new technologies and their principles even if you will not use them at the moment.
On the other hand, I am asking those whom are inside the field/battle already is it worth it on the long run?
