When I execute the cell following the text 3 - Transfer Learning I get the error:

CUDA runtime implicit initialization on GPU:0 failed. Status: out of memory

Please advise.

That most likely means that you got unlucky and the servers were overloaded at the time you tried to run your notebook. Please try again. It might be worth doing “Kernel → Restart and Clear Output” and then run everything again. If it keeps happening, then try just taking a break and coming back in a few hours.

That message means Coursera’s servers are too busy to run your notebook.
“Try again later” seems to be the only effective fix.
