I liked this presentation about Kubeflow because it is simple, short, and very illustrative. In 8 minutes you can get the core idea (see from minutes 4 to 12). I hope it helps. The presenter Antje Barth is one of the authors of the book Data Science on AWS which in chapter 10 talks about ML pipelines and MLOps. It could be complementary material to the ones presented in the course.
