When I try to download the hugging face model (‘google/flan-t5-base’) it shows a timeout error

In case this would help anyone. I downloaded the jupyter notebook, and the saved model weights and completed the lab offline on my computer. I executed the cells that download the trained model weights and then downloaded the weights to my computer.

As mentioned in another post, you can upload the saved jupyter notebook file back to sagemaker and then submit.
