It looks to me like that’s not a graded assignment. Perhaps it’s just an example.
You can access the File menu, and then use “Open”, and you can download the files.
I am not sure about the DLAI platform but in Coursera that an ungraded Lab!
Only the ipnyb file is available for download. It would have been beneficial if @DeepLearning.AI team would have provided all the supporting lab files to download so that we could see what the underlying functions that were imported are doing.

I am currently using the learn.deeplearning.ai platform (Pro trial) for the “Generative AI with Large Language Models” course.
I was able to open the lab and run all the notebook cells successfully. However, the lab item still appears in red on the course syllabus and does not show a green completion check.
Could you please clarify:
Is the green checkmark required for the lab to count toward the certificate?
Are these labs considered graded or just practice examples?
If they are not graded, will the certificate still be issued even if the lab does not turn green?
I just want to confirm whether this affects certificate eligibility.

You are required to complete all labs and quizzes for each week.
Hi Girijesh, Although I completed the lab the status is not turning to Green on the Deep learning platform.
Did you submit the Lab on the instructions page after you ran all the exercises in the notebook?
Hi, Unfortunately there is no option to submit the lab. In other courses with graded labs I can see submit button not here. Will ungraded labs get green tick or their completion necessary for certificate?
I believe that the Submit button is only available if you have paid for the course.
