Lab 3 error connexion

Hello all, I am following the course gen AI & LLM and Coursera,
all went fine but during the Lab 3 I was suddenly disconnected from the lab and since I can’t reconnect I have an error message as soon as I want to start the lab.

Because of that, I can’t validate the courses and get my certificate.
The support is also not answering to any of my message.

Do you have an idea how to solve that ?

Can you share the screenshot of the error message you got.

I suppose this issue comes from short courses?? Can you move it to the right category from where you are doing, so you get prompt reply from the concerned course mentors and LT.

Also did you try logging out and logging in, and then try running the lab once??
