Lab error - Practice Lab: Linear Regression

Hi

I am getting an error for the first assignment - Practice Lab: Linear Regression, all the expected results align however I am getting the following error when I submit for grading:

=> Sorry, your submission was incorrect. Please try again. [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘/shared/submission/submission.json’

Any ideas?

Perhaps resetting the state of the lab might help here, question mark on top right corner → Get Latest Version

Did you change the name of your notebook file?
