Linear Algebra: Week 3 Content correction?

In the video presentation of the topic Linear transformations as matrices at 1:19, Should’nt [0 1] and [1 0] be interchanged?

Perhaps:
2 3 1 = 2
3 -1 0 3

AND

2 3 0 = 3
3 -1 1 -1

As (0,1) → (2,3) & (1,0) → (3,-1), these should be the correct matrices right?

 3 2   x 0   =   2
-1 3     1       3

 3 2   x 1   =   3
-1 3     0      -1

Hi @venkatkarasani : I am not sure what you mean that will change here from what is suggested correction in the topic apart from vector (v1 and v2) flipped along with the column of the transformation matrix.

Using the visualization tool that is provided just below the video pointed here in the topic, below is the result. I hope that helps.
