Logistic Regression Plot Understanding

I hope you are doing well.

I am new to the AI and doing the Machine learning course. I am wondering if below plot the logistic regression is being correct when there is an overlap of 0 and 1 in the training data. I think in the real world it is possible. Seeking guidance.

In practice, this might indicate that the dataset does not include some additional feature which might allow more accurate predictions.
