Dear All,
although I have checked the instructions of C3W4 low structural similarity index - #7 by Deepti_Prasad after several attempts I still get low similarity index in Advanced Computer Vision with Tensorflow W4 (https://www.coursera.org/learn/advanced-computer-vision-with-tensorflow/programming/cHUTX/cats-vs-dogs-saliency-maps/submission)

Your images achieved an average structural similarity index of 0.77. At least 0.88 is required to pass.
Detailed list:
structural similarity index for ‘salientcat1.jpg’: 0.82.
structural similarity index for ‘salientcat2.jpg’: 0.77.
structural similarity index for ‘salientcatanddog.jpg’: 0.73.
structural similarity index for ‘salientdog1.jpg’: 0.73.
structural similarity index for ‘salientdog2.jpg’: 0.79.

Any idea or help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for following community guidelines. Seem like you are almost closer to index they are looking for but not totally there and as you already said you have gone through my thread to do correction

Dear DM, Sorry, that was my funny mistake. I ended up running 18 epochs, when the grader would have expected only 18-15 = 3 epochs. :slight_smile: It was my inattention, sorry for the issue… K
